Cancellation & Refund policy
As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. Once the PStrendblend pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). The customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock. This store credit can be used on our store on eligible items. Please note that the amount paid for Cash-on-Delivery charges is not refundable.
Once the PStrendblend pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size within 3 days of delivery. (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). The customer will be issued a store credit in case the desired size of the product is not in stock. If the product is not from the sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at [email protected] within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Please note that in order for us to process your return or exchange request, we require an unboxing video of the product. If we do not receive an unboxing video, we will not be able to process your request.
Once your return request has been acknowledged by the team, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not provide a reverse pickup facility. Please remember to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. PS Trendblend will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

Exchange Policy
- Size exchange can be done within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
- Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
- Please note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
- Size exchange is available equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost.
- The customer will receive store credit equivalent to the value of the exchanged product minus any shipping or COD costs. The store credit will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date it is issued.
- The cost of return shipping cost (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by the customer.
Exchange FAQs
1. Can I cancel my order?Â
You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of the order. You can cancel your order through your account. In the event of any dispute, PS Trendblend decision shall be final and binding, and the customer agrees not to contest it.
2. How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?Â
The amount will be provided to you in the form of store credit which can be used on PS trendblend store in the next 30 days. Moreover, the credit can be used only in one go and not in parts.
3. Can I exchange a part of my order?Â
Yes. You can exchange with a different size for any of the products that are eligible for size exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
4. My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges, and alterations, subject to availability. If the size you have requested is unavailable, we will offer you the option to get a credit note to buy something else.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Exchange/Return is not accepted if the customer does not like the product material or colour of the dress. We suggest that the customer read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us for more details about the product.
- Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor, for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
- A 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and the camera lights; please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on RAISIN as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.Â
- Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
- Purchases made from the SALE section are not eligible for any return or exchange. All the sales, discounted, bought-with-a-coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
- No exchange or return for products in the Sarees and Jewellery categories
Damaged Product Policy
- We strive to work on always making your experience with PStrendblend a pleasant one. However, due to unforeseen events, if you ever receive a damaged product as part of your order, do not worry. We are there to help you.
- If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product at [email protected] to raise a complaint.
- Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us an unboxing video of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage on [email protected].
- Ensure that all the products that you send back due to the reason of damage are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and undamaged packaging – and must have their original label. Items should not be washed or worn.
- If we ask you to send the product back to us, the shipping charges of sending the product will be reimbursed by us after we inspect the product and approve an exchange. (Applicable only in case of damaged products)
- Once we inspect the damaged product as we receive it, we will approve an exchange after it matches our criteria.
- We will send you a fresh product then, which shall reach you within 7-14 working days.
